DIETARY SERVICES SUPERVISOR A busy skilled nursing facility seeks a full-time experienced SNF Dietary Services Supervisor for its 86 bed fast paced facility.
Qualified applicants must be a Certified Dietary Service Manager, have experience in skilled nursing, have a working knowledge of OBRA, Title 22, & Safe Service.
Responsibilities include:
All daily operations of the the kitchen, staffing, food ordering, patient interviews, menu setup, and compliance.
Location Grass Valley.
Compensation TBD based on experience.
