Responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of department supervisors, job duties may be to prepare cold food items, work as a cashier in the Cafe' or as a utility person in the dish room.
Works effectively to get dishes and flatware scraped, washed, and cleaned within deadlines and per standards.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Computer skills required.
Prior experience in the food service industry preferred or demonstrated ability to prepare food in quantity with high standard of quality.
Must be able to read, write and communicate routine information and to perform simple arithmetic functions.
