- Prior computer support experience in a hospital environment.
Microsoft certifications.
- Three years experience with Local Area Network (LAN), MS Exchange, Active directory and Citrix environment.

Full working knowledge of all the desktop tools available for diagnosing the issue.
Ability to learn maintenance and troubleshooting of remote communications, Local Area Network (LAN), and MS Office applications.
He/She must be detail oriented with great follow through skills.
Ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Ability to understand and to express complex and technical concepts in lay terminology.
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with users at all levels of the organization.
Interpersonal skills necessary to work collaboratively.
Ability to analyze complex information systems and to coordinate with other resources and management in defining system problems and solutions.
Analytical skills necessary to determine user needs from process descriptions and to suggest policies and procedures relative to Network security and operations.
Working knowledge of personal computer hardware, software, network protocols and topologies.
Ability to plan and perform multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
Ability to organize, prioritize and implement work projects.
Ability to actively participate in meetings and work groups.
Ability to interact effectively with clients having a broad range of computer knowledge and ability.
Ability to work as a team member.
Skill in the operation of personal computers and related hardware devices.
