QUALIFICATIONS Universal Associate - Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature (i.

, cash handling) where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required.
Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments.
Cash handling experience Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively Ability to understand and follow directions Ability to organize and prioritize work Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel software applications and ability to operate a variety of office equipment Demonstrated sales skills Requires basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
Completion of high school, vocational training, or equivalent PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS Work involves sitting, extended periods of standing, occasional walking, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
Requires close visual acuity.
Normal office environment.
Infrequent travel unless noted.
