Nurse Manager Registered Nurse - Medicare Certified Home Health NEW POSITION High base salary with excellent benefits Medicare Certified Agency As the Manager you will oversee clinical programs, medicare documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
You will be supported by a office team including intake, coder, scheduler, and RN team leaders to maximize success.
Registered Nurse with at least five (5) years of clinical experience, preferably in Medicare care home health.
At least one year of management/leadership Knowledge of area hospitals, skilled nursing/rehab facilities including casemanagement and discharge planning needs Strong interpersonal and customer service skills and ability to communicate with all employees within an organization, as well as referral sources and healthcare professionals.
