Electronic Banking Manager - TRI COUNTIES BANK (Chico, CA)

POSITION SUMMARY MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinates the installation of system changes with necessary staff members.

Manage relationship with third party vendors for ATM/Debit card processing, wire system, and automated teller machines.
Administrator for FEDLine Advantage (EUAC), Wells Fargo CEO and PayPlus.
Directly manages supervisors who ensure that responsibilities are done in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES Maintains a current understanding of stated procedures and policies, including regulatory compliance issues for ACH processing, wires processing and the ATM/Debit card processing.
Also maintain knowledge in areas including; customer complaints, BSA, OFAC, UDAAP, NPPI Maintain and test procedures with supervisors for disaster recovery within the bank's business continuity plan Work with system analyst to ensure appropriate system applications are current and updated EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED College graduate preferred Minimum of 5 years job related experience Previous supervisor or lead position experience with ability to train and motivate personnel Ability to utilize personal computers and Windows driven programs Previous experience in a data/operations center preferred Excellent written, verbal/nonverbal and interpersonal skills Source:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
