Responsibilities:
Strengthen existing partnered dealership relations Ensure partnered dealership staff is properly trained on product knowledge and the presentation of F&I product lines Troubleshoot any internal dealer issues to improve overall dealership performance Create, prepare and review reports to meet/exceed partnered dealership objectives and/or goals Effectively communicate with all level of partnered dealership personnel Fill in as an F&I Manager at partnered dealership in the absence of the dealers Finance Manager; emergency assistance when called for.
Work Independently and manage daily calendar with minimal supervision ____________ Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years Retail Automotive Industry experience (REQUIRED) Minimum of 2 years Automotive Finance & Insurance experience (Finance Manager); menu presentation, desking deals (REQUIRED) Excellent communication skills; verbal and written Excellent presentation skills Ability to interact effectively with partnered dealership staff at all levels Ability to travel daily within assigned territory; must have own means of transportation to perform job functions Ability to work independently and manage daily activities accordingly; time management Strong work ethic and attention to detail Bi lingual a plus but not required Retail Automotive Sales Management a plus but not required; GMS, GM dealership job title ___________________ What we have to offer:
