Project Manager - Information Security

Our Business Advisory Solutions TEAM is currently seeking Project Management Consultants to support an Information Security initiative at a client site in Sacramento, CA.
The project is to ensure information assets are properly utilized with minimal risk along with the refinement of policies and monitoring procedures.
Also addressed will be the evaluation of existing tools to new and emerging technology.
The Project Manager will be working closely with Program Managers to ensure the project meets common goals, objectives, and benefits.
Responsibilities:
Project Initiation & Planning Project Execution & Control Administering Project details Closeout of Project Knowledge Transfer QUALIFICATIONS PMP Certification is a must.
Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to present/communicate to audiences that are comprised of Senior Level Executives and/or Senior Management.
Additional highly desirable qualifications for this engagement include:
Strong stakeholder management skills Four (4) years security industry experience Primavera experience Demonstrated experience managing security related projects Experience with the following security initiatives:
ISO 27002 implementation NIST 800-53 compliance Developing and implementing security policies Data Loss Prevention - network, endpoint, and data destruction processes Security certification a plus (such as CISSP) If challenging consulting engagements, ongoing consultant support, honesty and integrity and a quality focus throughout the recruiting and employment process are important to you, then you've found your way to a company that can offer you all of that and more.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
