Position Responsibilities Join our team of Software Consultant/Product Instructors and travel the United States while consulting with our clients on best practices for the use of our administrative software.
This position will focus on the Human Resources and Payroll solution in BusinessPLUS.
Software Consultants work as part of our Professional Services team to deliver implementation and consulting services, and participate in the design and delivery of introductory and advanced software training for our Administrative Accounting, Human Resources, and Payroll solution for K-12 Organizations.
Work with customers to setup, design and train on security, financials, and reporting to meet their organizational business needs.
Work in a team environment with project managers and other SunGard staff members to bring customers live on our ERP system.
Put your presentation skills, strong technical skills, and prior work experience in these fields to use.
Software Consultants travel extensively (up to 50-100% travel M-F).
Learn comprehensive financials, report writing, and security with our proprietary products to train/support clients.
Participate with sales on RFPs and Demos as needed.
Position Requirements Required Skills/Knowledge/
Experience:
4
years of working experience in client relationship management/consulting.
Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree.
Must be detail oriented, responsible, self-motivated and goal centered.
Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience with database structures, report writing tools, and scripting languages.
Ability to positively represent BusinessPLUS to prospects and clients.
Proven self-starter with 2
years of experience managing software implementation projects.
Excellent problem resolution, judgment, team building and decision making skills required.
Desired Skills/Knowledge/
Experience:
Experience implementing web based applications/software products.
Accounting, HRM, MIS/CS or a related degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience with industry standard report writing tools like Cognos, SSRS, or Crystal Reporting.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
