Recent processing experience Experience with Encompass software Background in the Real Estate industry Basic Microsoft Office skills Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills The ability to Multitask Enthusiasm Innate attention to detail Able to self-direct once assigned a project Duties will include:
Receptionist Answering phones, Greeting customers and clients Processor / Assistant Processor submitting files, working conditions, escrow/agent coordination, back-up both LO and Processor when needed.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
