Dietary & Nutrition Manager (CDM)
-Experience in a skilled nursing facility -At least and no less than 5 years experience as a CDM in Long Term Care -Either a certification as a CDM or Bachelor's in Nutrition -Experience supervising at least 10-15 people/staff members -Knowledge of Title 22 Regulations -Have the ability to train and troubleshoot -Should have good survey results/history -Should be a food service expert or nutritional expert The position is from 8-5 and pays anywhere from $60-$65,000 a year, includes 2 weeks PTO, profit sharing, and full benefits with 60 day wait.
