Have knowledge and understanding of contracts, construction and interaction with architectural, structural, electrical / controls construction activities PM skills to manage all disciplines including mechanical & electrical contractors.
Understanding of operational ties of occupied prisons / jails and installation of new systems.
Computer knowledgeable.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Certification in CCM is a plusMinimum (10) years experience with a Bachelors degree in construction management or other.
