Kitchen Steward- Chico, CA- Part-time (Mon-Fri 10pm-4am) Job Duties Thoroughly clean dishwashing equipment Remove all trash and debris from kitchen and replace receptacle liners as needed Set tables with clean linens, condiments, or other supplies Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning Maintain adequate supplies of items such as clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, or trays Job Requirements Knowledge of standard methods, practices, tools, and equipment of the janitorial cleaning industry Ability to operate and use janitorial tools, equipment, and supplies such as floor buffers, vacuum cleaners, and cleaning compounds and solutions Ability to stand for long periods of time Must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting, walking, stooping, handling, and moving objects up to 50-70 pounds jobs.
