Director of Quality Management
Company Description Job Description BA/BS degree required.
Master's degree strongly preferred.
Current California RN license preferred Knowledge of applicable TJC, CMS, Federal and State regulations Must be fluent in principles of performance/process improvement.
Certification in LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies strongly preferred.
Experience working in union and non-union environments preferred.
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality preferred Understanding of measurement and statistical tools required.
Comfortable in MS Office, healthcare related databases.
Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
Experience in Risk Management and Service Excellence preferred.
