Have fun and love where you work! Job Purpose This person works closely with the executive team to oversee and manage daily operations.
Responsible for overseeing organizational processes and operations to ensure productivity and quality.
Their main duties include overseeing the recruiting and hiring process, improving productivity and efficiency, managing our quality standards, and employee satisfaction.
Job Duties and Responsibilities 1.
Staff Management a.
Conducts regular visits to the properties to motivate and guide staff towards optimal performance and perpetuates a positive culture and working environment.
b.
Monitors performance and looks at areas of growth or improvement.
Hold staff accountable and deliver constructive feedback when needed.
c.
Collaborate with the Development Manager on annual reviews.
d.
Training alongside the Development manager when needed e.
Answers calls to the main office from property staff f.
Resolves employee and resident conflicts and complaints.
g.
Helps facilitate and plan training programs.
h.
Research and recommend motivational/educational seminars for company-wide development.
i.
Talent recruitment and position evaluations.
j.
Monitor and find ways to improve customer service efforts 2.
Administrative a.
Operations i.
Ensure cost-effective decisions ii.
Keep inventory of products and quality of amenities and order when needed.
iii.
Analyze and evaluate practices and procedures to ensure efficiency and support and sustain growth.
iv.
Fill in for GM roles in their absence b.
Reports i.
Occupancy Report, MWS Availability, delinquency reports - Review ii.
Conduct annual audits.
iii.
Update policies and procedures as needed.
iv.
Determine and collaborate on capital improvements.
c.
Meetings i.
Attend one-on-ones monthly with GM ii.
Attend all executive meetings iii.
Collaborate on effective meetings for property staff and help facilitate and schedule meetings regularly.
3.
Liability Management a.
Read relative industry news and literature.
b.
Attend seminars, webinars, NVPOA events, etc.
c.
Stay alert to any legislative changes that will affect our business alongside Gm and Director of Operations to implement at the properties.
d.
Audit forms quarterly for accuracy and changes.
Create new ones and push out to properties.
e.
Help the organizations processes remain legally compliant f.
Manage collections 4.

Work alongside in collaboration of new initiatives and improvements.

Rally the team around ideas and get support and know the staffs strengths and weaknesses to utilize in specific projects.

Brainstorm and evaluate practices and procedures often.

Development Manager i.
Collaborate on initiatives to improve and streamline current practices ii.
Daily communication to discuss any loose ends, hand off training status, and review support needed.

Leasing Manager i.
Help direct and lead leasing manager with forecasting potential market shifts ii.
Continued training and oversight of position iii.
Collaborate on brand awareness, events, and community engagement.

$30-$35 per hour depending on experience

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
