As a small residential tree service operation, it wasn't long before Mountain Firewood (original name) realized it was time to expand its firewood business into something more substantial.
In 1994, the company evolved into a full-scale vegetation management entity that specialized in providing services to a variety of clientele including federal, state, and local agencies, municipalities, utility companies, timber companies, small landowners, and fire-safe councils.
In 2000, our company suspended residential tree and firewood services to provide tree trimming and hazard tree removal services to the utility and commercial tree management industries.
As of 2023, MFE determined it was time to revisit the past, and reinstitute the residential service division of the company.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
-Answering incoming calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person -Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner -Provide administrative support such as filing, scanning, and data entry -Schedule appointments and manage calendars -Handle incoming and outgoing mail -Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary -Perform general clerical duties as assigned -Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers
Qualifications:
-Self-motivated with strong communication skills and superior customer service -Previous experience working in high call volume/multi-line phone -Customer support experience with exceptional phone etiquette -Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively -Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Job Type:
