Duties:
- Negotiate and execute contracts with vendors and service providers - Oversee facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations - Maintain organized files and records related to property management - Manage office operations and ensure efficient workflow - Upsell additional services to residents and maintain positive customer relationships - Utilize customer relationship management tools to track tenant interactions and address concerns - Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with residents and prospective residents Requirements:
- Proven experience in property management or a related field - Strong negotiation skills for contract management - Knowledge of facilities management principles and practices -Knowledge of fair housing laws - Familiarity with property management software - Excellent organizational skills for file management - Proficient in office operations and workflow management - Ability to upsell services and maintain positive customer relationships - Exceptional phone etiquette for effective communication Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to change based on the needs of the company.
