CMC is seeking a Radiology Director to join a 300 bed Trauma Hospital.
The Radiology Director will be based at a prestigious 300-bed medical center in beautiful Northern California.
The successful Diagnostic Imaging/Radiology Director will have prior experience as a Diagnostic Imaging Director in similar-sized acute care hospitals.
The Director of Radiology is supported by a Radiology Manager and two Assistant Managers.
There is the main hospital campus and three outpatient imaging centers.

Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Radiology departmentOversee daily operations, including staff management and resource allocationImplement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient careCollaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless healthcare delivery
Qualifications:
