This is an opportunity for the next Director of Imaging to bring their expertise to.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Patient Care Services, the successful candidate will oversee operations within the Imaging Division, including X-Ray, CT, Nuclear Medicine, and PACS teams.
With a primary focus on collaboration with leadership and diagnostic imaging staff, the role involves strategic planning, daily management, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Further responsibilities include effectively collaborating with others in imaging technology, leading employees to support organizational goals and decisions, and developing the team to serves as a change agent as the team learns to support growth, new technology advancements and implementation.
Ideal qualifications for the Hospital Director of Imaging consist of possessing 5
years of related experience, with at least three years in a management capacity, along with the necessary licensure and certification in radiologic technology or diagnostic medical sonography including a College Degree - 4 year with Masters preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
CRT - CA Radiologic Technologist License or ARDMS - American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
Previous experience in a PACS, CR, and DR technology-equipped facility is highly desirable.
