GLENN COUNTY 4-H PROGRAM REPRESENTATIVE ii 75% time variable $16.60/hour Under the supervision of Glenn County Director the Program Reprsentative II will coordinate and monitor the daily ativities of the 4-H Youth Development Program in Glenn County. Position will provide ongoing training and technical assistance to volunteers; responsible for fiscal oversight and monitoring compliance of 4-H Cub enrollments; processing facility use agreements; monitoring compliance of 4pH policies and procedures; and conducting evaluation to measure program effectiveness.
