The DPT (Digital Presence Technologies) Governance Portfolio Intake Manager will be accountable for managing the Intake Pipeline Responsibilities include routing of intakes to appropriate channels as well as oversight across the DPT portfolio and preparation for Executive Reviews Administration of PPM (Project Portfolio Management) tool, reporting and maintenance of executive dashboards are other key responsibilities
Essential Functions:
Conduct Cross Portfolio Reviews Conduct Cross Channel Impact Assessments Develop and Maintain Program Dashboards Develop and Distribute Program Status Own Procurement Pipeline Administer PPM tool Required
Experience:
4-yr degree required Program Management/Finance/Procurement background Mastery in MS Office suite - Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Word Analytical ability Skills to be successful in this role:
