Job Description

This position is responsible for collecting, analysing and reporting complaint data for the purposes of monitoring the health of the complaint process system, The Complaint Data Analyst has responsibility for summarizing the results of data analyses in written reports, performs quantitative analyses on collected data, making recommendations, and performing follow-up enquiries/work to ensure the robustness, completeness and health of the complaint processing system.

Job Duties

Responsible for authoring monthly updates, report outs of metrics.

Utilize full understanding of data analytics to independently develop and initiate complex reports or queries daily using report generation programs

Work with Reporting Team to create dashboards for tracking metrics and performance and report out with visualization.

Responsible for presentations with data charts for Management report out

Responsible for creating guidelines and maintaining guideline document for data monitoring activities

Develops and maintains documentation of data definitions, sources, and relationships. Develops and maintains entity relationship diagrams (ERDs), data dictionaries, and other documentation describing what/how/where/why data is stored and how to access the data.

Interprets data, performs quantitative analyses, and makes recommendations to Market Quality Management regarding findings, data collection and quality issues, and follow-up enquiries/work.

Summarizes results of data analyses in written reports and oral presentations to Management, as required.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED
Qualifications:

Requires a Bachelor's Degree or an Associate s Degree (with additional work experience) in an Engineering or Scientific Technology.

PREFERRED
Qualifications:

Experience in Medical Device Quality Compliance in the medical device industry preferred but not required.

Possess a high degree of self reliance, initiative, and analytical skills.

Proficient in data analytic and visualization tools.

Demonstrated excellent written and oral communications.
