Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
Schedules, coordinates, and maintains the Agency e-learning system, including proofing all new postings, uploading the content, and notifying program leadership what is available.
Monitors social media and job boards for reviews of the Agency.
Prepares turnover reports on a quarterly basis.
Analyzes data for trends.
Maintains Agency organizational charts.
Coordinates the Management Development Program trainings with all sites.
Responsible for tracking of the pay scale review process.
Collects data for pay scales reviews.
Drafts new pay scales and/or pay scale revisions.
Works with management to ensure pay scales and job descriptions are in alignment.
Manages Human Resources Manager Manual.
Ensure information posted on HRM SharePoint site is current.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Must have a high school or equivalency degree and one or more years work experience as an office support.
Must possess above average skills and aptitude with Microsoft Office products.
Experience with Excel, PowerPoint required.
Experience with Adobe preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
